Hi I just started with this app 4 days ago, I also paired it with my Fitbit! I want to lose 30 pounds! I have not gone over any macros but have actually gained 1 pound! My Fitbit lets my Carb App know how much I’ve exercised and reduces calories, carbs etc! For instance today I have registered 11,000 steps 45 active minutes which has reduced my calorie intake to 900 out of 1508 (recommendations) and 9 carbs out of 18! This has been the average for the last 4 days. Why would I have gained a pound!! Please advise! Thanks gang!!
