Jam / marmalade

Does anyone have a nice recipe for jam or marmalade?

  • I take mashed strawberrys ,1 teaspoon of butter. Keep stirring untill its as thick as you want...then add sweetener (some sweeteners become bitter if over heated)

  • I take 200grams of frozen fruit raspberries or strawberries etc and 200ml of water put all in a pan bring to boil and boil for 2 to 3 minutes,  mash with potato masher you can add sweetener if needed I don’t, take of heat add one sachet of sugar free jelly any flavour, cool slightly then fill a jam jar put in fridge, will keep about a week,
