Help me out- App calories are starving me!
I'm doing my best to stick with the app's recommendations, but when I eat the recommended amount of macros, I'm not getting enough calories. I'm fricking starving.
What should I be eating to meet the calorie goal, too? Dirt? Sticks?
I feel as if this is a math error on the app. Check out today's goals. I met everything on the nose, and am 500 calories short. the 1508 cal is already an 800 calorie deficit, my daily burn is 2300, so I'm not getting enough nourishment with the app.
