Carb Manager Set up

Hi I am new to the carbmanager app. This was day 4 logging in all I ate to the app. When I set the app up with age/weight and goal. it produced these macros for me. I understand all of them but why is the top net carb one showing "of 128?" I get what a net carb is but that is bugging me and I do not know how to fix it or if it needs fixing. 128 can't be right- right, I mean my max Carb Max is 29g  and is why I am confused? Thanks for any advice.
