Help

I'm really struggling with weight loss I exercise twice a day drink a gallon of water a day and eat one meal a day I consume 300-500 calories a day and have not lost any weight for months

    That's pretty odd. I suggest eating more. You're starving yourself. Perhaps your body's response is to hang on for dear life to every fat cell in your body 馃槣

    SALLY I agree. She has to have made a mistake on her numbers or is just exaggerating due to her frustration. Her statement is worrysome.  "Exercise x2 a day", "gallon of water a day" and "only 300-500" calories a day" for "months" !!! This is not the way to accomplish your goal and Im sure that your words will worry many of us here, including me!

    Sorry to hear that. 

    Your statement of consuming 300 to 500 calories a day sounds like a horror story to me. 

    It will slow down your metabolism so much!
