Fasting

I know you should just drink black coffee, tea or water during a fast... but since Zevia Cola is 0 everything is it a bad idea to drink it during a fast? ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ‘€

    I watched a YouTube video by Dr Berg yesterday. He said diet sodas with Stevia are ok to drink while fasting. The title of the video was Liquids for Intermittent Fasting, I think. You can search for it. I found it very helpful.

    How does your body respond to the sweetners?  Check your glucose in 2 hours after drinking .....does go up or remain the same.  My point is each person  responds differently.
