Newbe from Wisconsin
Hi,
Newbe here....started KETO and IF about a week ago. Lost 4 pounds. I'm setting up my Fitbit and sinc it with carb manager. I started out at 179 and want to get down to 135 and a flat belly. also working on fixing my hormones so that I'm not storing so much fat.
I have one question today. I get to have 17g of carbs daily and just with breakfast I'm up to 13.9g. I ate 2 scrambled eggs, 3 slices bacon, 1/2 avocado, 8th cup of raspberries, 1 tablespoon strawberry (2 frozen).
And it's not even time for supper yet.
So. When i have a salad or makings.....how much does that count?
