I started today too. Think I ate my allotted carbs with two slices of small loaf wheat bread (toasted with avo and violife. I know, that’s counter intuitive, but throwing it out isn't an option.  Anyone else have suggestions?

I’d love to hear how you’re doing. Recipes? Suggestions. I’ve watched Forks Over Knives and I’m having a difficult time choosing cancer/clogged arteries n Weightloss or no cheese, meat ... nothing with a mother or eye balls for a healthy lifestyle.
