Hello everyone!

I’m just starting on my journey to healthy living and weight loss after decades of junk food, emotional eating and most likely a sugar addiction. Body and health are out of control. Going to give this app and community a try.  Warning I may have a lot of dumb questions. Don’t have a ton of knowledge of Keto and LCHF dieting, as well as not being the most technologically advanced person. But I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired. So here goes,

 

First question - can you utilize or apply intermittent fasting with this app?
