Collagen confusion
Hello, I'm taking collagen as a supplement and today, for the second time, I see this article..

...in my Google news feed about collagen. It says not to put it in any thing hot because there collagen molecule"falls apart" and it's health benefits may be negated. But I would figure our bodies would break the whole molecule down in our stomach anyway.
Does anyone no if putting collagen in my morning"keto coffee" is pointless?
