I have been following Keto diet for 4 days as of today. I was surprised that by day 3 I wasn’t ready to quit and give in to a carb craving, like has happened so many times in the past. I feel satisfied all day and this morning I awoke with an abundance of energy. I really want to succeed with this new lifestyle change. I have high blood pressure, I am a diabetic taking 1000 mg of metformen, and have a low red blood cell count. According to my doctor I also have very high cholesterol, fortunately I am allergic to the fillers that are added to the statins in the cholesterol. I quit smoking 5.5 years ago, if I can do that I can do this and get myself healthy! Wish me luck!
