Was in ketosis but now I'm not

Starting up again after winter.  I've been faithfully following a keto diet for 5 weeks.  Early on I dropped from 330 to 322 and was fully in ketosis.  The past three weeks I lost the ketosis and have stalled out on weightloss.  I can't get back into ketosis even though I haven't changed my diet at all.  I'm keeping my carb count under 20 grams/day.   Due to a failed foot surgery I'm not able to exercise much.  I'm 60 years old and really need to drop some serious pounds.  I'm asking for any thoughts on how to get back on the fat loss track

You may need to eat slightly more carbs (never under 20g a day), are you reading all labels, are you accurately tracking everything you eat, are you drinking enough water, are you using Pink Himalayan Salt? According to Amy Smith of Ucanketo those are the questions you need to answer to get yourself out of a stall.

Have you tried intermittent fasting?  Also try cutting out dairy.  I've heard going carnivore for a couple of weeks will shake things up.  I don;t like meat so I'd have to be pretty desperate to try that, LOL.

Are you testing ketones with urine strips? if so, those are only good for the first two-three weeks or so. Then when your body figures out what to do with ketones, and it doesn't pee them out...it uses them for energy. You would have to check with a blood meter that checks ketones.

I agree with the others...there's something you might be consuming that has carbs or maybe a fake sugar that could be spiking your insulin.

Thanks  KC.  Yes, I have been using keto strips.  Based on yours and others suggestions I got I tried intermittent fasting 20 out of 24 hours a day and lowered my carbs and cut the sweeteners for a short time to kick start ketosis.  It’s working for now.    If it stops working again I’ll try the blood meter.
