Robert N. Bryant I did experience Keto flu on day 5, wasn’t too bad. Next day felt great.
Jen oh wow, just one day. Good job. You must have did your research and went about it the right way? Do you take electrolytes?
I started feeling crappy last night and got a Gatorade zero and felt better - today is day 3 but I’m finding it hard to hit my protein goal everyday without going over on carbs

Robert N. Bryant try to eat avocado with eggs and salt your food. You'll meat your protein and fat goal and the pottasium and salt will make you feel better.
