New to Keto

Hi, my name is Jen. I started the Keto diet plan 6 days ago and have lost 6 lbs. So far, I have had no cravings for sugar or processed carbs. I can’t believe how good it feels to eat fat!

  • Robert N. Bryant I did experience Keto flu on day 5, wasn’t too bad. Next day felt great.

  • Jen oh wow, just one day. Good job. You must have did your research and went about it the right way? Do you take electrolytes?

  • I started feeling crappy last night and got a Gatorade zero and felt better - today is day 3 but I’m finding it hard to hit my protein goal everyday without going over on carbs 

    getting a bit frustrated

  • Robert N. Bryant try to eat avocado with eggs and salt your food. You'll meat your protein and fat goal and the pottasium and salt will make you feel better.
