Plateaued

I want to lose a total of 25 lbs.  I lost 12 in 3 weeks, then finally 2 more after 3 more months. And now can't lose at all. Suggestions?

    The same thing happened to me. I tried intermittent fasting, and the weight started to come off again.

  • I do that every day from 5:00 pm to  11:00 am the next day. But I do appreciate your response. I decided I'm going to cut out dairy and see if that helps

    Cut back on your total food intake.  First cut back on vegetables.  Then make sure you are eating medium amounts of protein.  If that does not work, cut back on fat.  When you start losing again, that is what you should eat until you plateau again.  The last 10 pounds are always the hardest to lose.  Maintaining will be even harder, so consider this plateau as practice for maintaining.

  • Water weight goes 1st. Real weight loss normally isn't as rapid as water weight
