Let’s be friends.
Hi, I am 48 years old with type 2 diabetes and NAFLD. Everything I’ve been reading to help control my blood sugar recommends to find out what foods increase my blood sugar and that appears to be those nasty carbs. So here I am. Since I’m so concern for my over all health, I find staying away from the carbs is not a problem.
Right now I’m just looking for people in similar situations to add to my friend list. I’m looking for people who understand and are willing to support each other. If that’s you, then let’s be friends.
