Raspberry Ice cream ๐Ÿ˜˜

 1 1/2 cups of full fat sour cream 

 1 1/2 cups of heavy whipping cream 

 1 teaspoon of vanilla 

 1 1/2 cups of fresh raspberries 

 1/8 of a cup of vodka that is optional to prevent the ice cream from  solidifying too much 

 1/2 cup of sweetener    Monk fruit 

Purรฉe the raspberries with half of the sweetener. Mix in the vanilla and sour cream. Set aside. Whip the  cream with 1/4 cup of sweetener until stiff peaks form. Fold into the raspberry Next year. Add the vodka. Freeze until set.

 2 g carbs per 1/2 cup serving
