Tops carries "Valor" sugar free chocolate..and it is better than the Lilly's I find. I melt a serving and add 3/4 strawberries and yummy..hits the spot. Of course I have to work the carbs in from the strawberries. The Valor melts better than the Lilly and is stays liquidity so nice touch to the strawberries, all covered up. Or just have the candy..

GO to grocer and buy a block of Dark Chocolate unsweetened Bar. Usually an orange box. Take it home, melt it down, add some monkfruit ( or any Erythritol sweetner) sweetener to taste and I like to add unsweetened Organic coconut flakes. each Bar prepared makes 2 serv. with 415 Cal, 4 g. Net carbs, 9 protein and 33 g fat. Hope this helps with your sweet tooth for chocolate

Candace It's not to late. Just get some bumbbells from Wal-Mart. You only need one and just work each arm for about 15 minutes a day. My doctor told me to lose at least 65 lb. before exercising and then start gradually. Most people usually combine dieting with exercise and I would have had my Dr. not advised otherwise.
