Quick question

Hello everyone, I am on day three of the diet and have lost four pds, my net carbs were set at 25 and apparently that was high so today is first day of 15 net carbs so wish me luck. I was wondering though how to get fiber into this diet, I have struggled with this and starting to worry. Thank you in advance ☺️

  • I have set my carbs at 25 and have been doing well for several months, but I have 140 lbs to lose, so perhaps you have less to lose and so it is stricter for you.

  • My net carbs was set at 18, too easy to reach the carb limit! :(

  • Trina I have twenty five to thirty pounds to loose, I have been able to keep it under 15 today is my second day but now I find my protein I go over by abit and my fat I’ve gone over by a bit so I obviously need to find a happy medium. I’m hoping I can figure the food out quickly hahaha

  • zebrabuf yes it is hard, I’m sure if you stick to it you will get a hang of it very soon 🙂 I have been lucky enough to be able to not go over the fifteen net carbs.
