exercise and macros

Hi!  I am able to keep my macros where they belong during the day but when I go for a walk or the gym, carbmanager backs off the carbs I've burned off and leaves my macros out of whack.  Then I'm scrambling to get them back to the correct %'s by the end of the night.  What am I supposed to do?  Do I need to make sure I still have the correct macros after the workouts?  Thanks!

  • if you can find your exercise, just put a "000" in for calories burned, it will show as exercise but won't count towards any food macros.

  • Ya I turned mine off as I did not want to eat more food just cause I exercised.  Check around your settings, etc.
