Frustrating
So I am 24 days into keto 1st 2 weeks I lost about 11lbs and 3” of belly. This last week I gain and loose 2 lbs according to scale I’m not to worried about scale because to many variables I am concerned not loosing any inches this past week I’m hitting my macros sometimes a tad low but am full.
am I doing something wrong not to loose inches? Sometimes it’s disheartening to read most post loosing 25 lbs a month

You are doing great actually! Focus on your own results and how you are feeling. Every body is different and has different healing needs before more weight and inches can be lost. Keep up the good work! 🙌
P.S. Some things I’ve personally observed:
- Men lose faster then women.
- Folks that are heavier tend to lose faster at first.
- Folks with health issues tend to lose more slowly as their bodies heal.
- Hormones (menopausal, etc) can slow weight loss.
