    5 grapes and 2 crackers would be my choice. I would control my portion since that seems to be the key for me.

    kmkmkm  TW lost 50 here, 5 grapes and 2 crackers = 20 carbs total according to FDA

    Better choice + Chicken and Cheese rollup = o carbs, Much better choice.

    Weird1Nessa TW lost 50+ here,Weird, Obviously they are hungry not thirsty and you are right they should probably  drink more water, I drink 2 liters a day.
