All my info gone!
I have been out of town in the hospital helping a family member for a couple of weeks, and I the past 5 days, I did not track my carbs. I went online today to add all my food, and everything is totally gone. I paid for a year and now I can’t find a help option, or a way to contact someone with the app developer or help desk to get any help. Can anyone offer this information, or has anyone else experienced this?

I would like to know if you were able to resolve this. That shouldn't happen but especially if you weren't able to retrieve your information. It means the app is unreliable. Also, it's not good to post this in the forums without a follow-up. If you were able to resolve it, people here should know that it was.
