1066 is very low. I'd suggest going back into your profile and changing the desired weekly weight loss to a lower number. Or manually setting your calorie goals to a more comfortable number. I set mine to 1,200 calories with keto macros 5/25/70. 15g net carbs (30 total), 75g protein, 93g fat. I chose 1,200 cals because I knew that was a comfortable number for me based on previous diets. I average 2-3lb loss per week so far. Set your goals to a more comfortable number, but remember, you don't need to eat all those calories, go under when you can. Watch your carb ratio and keep it under 5% no matter how many cals you eat.
