Having trouble getting in enough fat and protein

When I stick to my net carbs (20), then I have trouble getting in enough fat and protein.  Suggestions?  Should I just eat more meat and cheese?  Seems imbalanced...

  • yes, most of your carbs are in veggies, if you have quit the sugar and junk food. More meat, fat and limited dairy. Some say cheese stalls them so I limit it and do more butter, coconut oil, etc
