If I need a treat, my current favorite thing are homemade sugar free gummi-bears (tiny little sugar-free jello jigglers-LOL). If I haven't already eaten all of my calories for the day I enjoy a delicious fat bomb (my faves are made with almond butter/chocolate OR plain ol' coconut bombs). Another fave (again, if I'm good having more calories/fat for the day) is homemade hot cocoa: a tbsp of cacao powder, unsweet almond milk, heavy whipping cream, with a couple drops of sweetener.
