Can you have to much fat? (If your staying inside your calories)

I’m 5’5 138 lbs. I would like to be 133 (I started at 148) I’m suppose to have 70% fat 25% protein and 5% carbs and a total of 1,400 calories. I usually eat between 1,100 and 1,400 calories. And have 2-4% carbs, I never have more the. 13 and often have 6-7. The carbs I do have are nuts, broccoli, sour cream, heavy cream or cheese. Anyways because I drink the MCT oil and nuts I’m usually at 75-80% fat and only 18-20% protein and then under 4% carbs. Since I rarely meet my protein am I doing it wrong? I’m in keto but have seemed to stall a bit on weight. However I did loose 10 lbs in a week. I haven’t lost any this week. I’ve only been on it for just over 2 weeks. I reach 10,000 steps a day but rarely work out as I’m not having the same energy, working on getting magnesium and potassium to see if that helps!

You r doing great, 10 in one week is a lot.  Totally normal for body to reboot.   Stick with it.   Scales will shift in time.  IF 18/6 may help.    Some people stall for weeks esp if they r close to goal.

Your measurements are bang on with mine! I’m also 5’5” and my starting weight was 147 ( last week of December) right now I’m hovering between 136.5 and 138, very frustrating. My goal weight is 131, but I can’t seem to lose those last lbs.

my settings are also the same as yours in regards to macros and calorie intake.  I’ve tried switching it a bit, without much luck , so I’ll keep doing what I’m doing in the hopes that one of these days the scale will budge again .

Agree that the scale WILL shift if you keep at it. I found it hard to believe there is a "healing Period" as you will see some people reference. Week 1 I lost 9.5 lbs. Week 2 I lost 1.7. I was disappointed when I got on the scale 5 days after my week 2 weigh in to discover I lost nothing. I was honestly tempted to have a cheat meal at that point even though I kept seeing on other social media groups that it is perfectly normal for weight loss to stall as your body adjusts after week 2.

I got on the scale today at the 3 week mark and discovered I actually lost 3.6 lbs! Down 15 at 3 weeks in now. Now I am glad I didn't have that cheat meal and that I stuck with it. So when people talk about a "whoosh", I believe them :)
