Syncing with Apple Health
I strongly suggest Carb Manager IOS version syncs with Apple Health to read a number of important stats/readings that can be readily available such as weight, body fat%, BMR or RMR, Blood Glucose, and many other important stored readings from other devices and apps. This would add to the App’s current ability of reading calories burnt through exercise, and avoid the need of manually entering glucose and weight readings, etc.

On your phone in settings you can switch on to sync. No need to install it on the watch (that one syncs with your phone). I tried it and my problem was: it recounts the kalories to take in as soon the activity app has new data. You cant see you original goal anymore after sync. Neither will it change the Fat or Proteine counting so you have no idea how to reach the new (dynamic) goal without over reaching fat and proteine goals. Bad solution in my eyes.

Jan Meijer I'm confused by your comment. It sounds like you are not pleased that the protein, fat, and carb macros adjust to allow for more caloric consumption when you increase physical activity. If that is the case, you can change your settings to not include exercise calories in the calculation of your food consumption macros.
