Keto and NAFLD

New to the app and Keto. So far I like the way that it curves hunger vs low cal diet options. I am concerned that reaching my fat goals requires large amounts of saturated fats.  I suffer from non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and all recommendations for that condition is to reduce intake of saturated fats.  Any thoughts or guidance?
