New here and totally green!

Hey all! I decided before Christmas, after reading so much into it, that for my body I really should adapt a LC way of life for weight loss and overall health. I just happened to stumble on to this app and it seems really easy to use!

I am completely new to this WOE, so I’m sure I’ll be a regular face on these forums! 😂
