Keto And Recommended Meals And Snacks

Hi everyone! I would like to have an idea how many meals and snacks are recommended to be successful on Keto. Since I’ve started, the formula I’ve been using is two meals (breakfast and dinner) and 1 snack (2 if I feel I did not eat enough) during the day. I’m not sure if this is the correct way of following this plan. Thx for sharing your insight!

  • That’s similar to what I do. Most days I eat twice a day. I have read  many different ways to follow Keto, I think the key is to find what works best for you.  I focus on my Macros and eat if I am hungry.  Good Luck

    I agree. Find what works for you is the best option. If you want a doctor’s suggestion YouTube Dr Boz, Dr. Berg, or Dr. Jason Fung.

    As long as your pie percentages (when you fill out your day on CM) are close...it doesn't matter how you arrange your meals. Do what works for you...until it doesn't work anymore.
