Hi everyone
So here I am 50 yrs+ and over 300 pounds and have tried and tried to lose weight. In January I started with small changes. Walking more watching what I eat. Nothing moved but my body changed a bit so I was happy. Well about 3 weeks a ago I started trying Keto (without this app) then 10 days ago found the app. Well I am proud to say for the first time in 10 yrs I am below 300 not far below but below.

Tinks Congratulations -- I have been working at this since January and have only lost about 12 pounds but I have not been tracking like I should -- decided to pay for premium carb manager and give it a shot and see if tracking and intermittent fasting would help -- I really want to get this weight off -- I have a few key events coming up and hoping that I can lose some weight for them -- first one is in 3 weeks and then the second one is in 6 weeks.
