30 Days 13lbs down. I’m at a stall now and at a loss for what to do?.... I’m a keto newbie so maybe I’m doing something wrong? Any advice?

    Congrats on your weight loss! I find that when I incorporate either coconut oil or MCT oil in to my diet, the scale starts moving again.

    Sally Darko I do bullet proof coffee as well.  8oz brewed coffee, 1 Tbs. MCT oil, a scoop of collagen peptides and stevia blended.

    I do 8oz of coffee, 1 Tbs. MCT (or coconut oil), 1 Tbs. of collagen peptides and about 2 tsp. of monk fruit sweetener blended in a blender. Yummy. (o:

    I find intermittent fasting is a great jump start!! Also make sure your hitting your daily carb/fat and protein ratios.  It’s ok you don’t eat the max amounts as long as your keeping within the ratio!!
