A little frustrated

So I have only lost 4 lbs in two weeks. I understand most of that is water. I drink lots of water. Stay within my macros. I have to step on scale everyday as an accountability thing.  I’m trying to lose 6 more pounds by June 8 for a wedding.

    By the way My ideal amount of weight to lose is 40 lbs by my November birthday. So I have a lot of weight to lose

    Kddavis43  Two pounds per week is great and will get you to both of your goals if continued.  Have you tried increasing your activity yet?  As I started feeling better, I started adding more physical activities I enjoy.  Try not to get discouraged and give yourself a chance to adjust to burning fat.  Good Luck

    Gina adding more physical activity is what I’m hoping will happen soon. I used to be in gym all the time. New job new schedule plantar fasciitis has hindered me a little. So I’m trying to just keep at it. Thank you!
