Take fiber grams away from total carbs- you have net carbs. To truly get into a deep ketosis, you still should watch the total" carbs before the net. If something is full of fiber that brings an item way down for net carbs, I still don't trust the item I would be ingesting (i.e. Total carbs 25+). A blood meter will determine how your ketones react to the total carb item. Good experiment !
