Sorry, can't help much. When I set up my friend with the diabetes version of the settings, I couldn't figure out what was what, so I switched her over to the regular settings. I assumed if she eliminated sugar and stuck with clean keto foods she'd be tackling the diabetes without having to use the confusing diabetes setting.

It would depend on what carb allowance your diabetes advisor has set for each meal/snack. I am having 30-40g carbs for each main meal and keeping snacks from 5-10. Preferably low. As i am also losing weight (10kgs to start), i have decided to try 1500 cals per day and see if i need to adjust it. This os available to enter in settings. Goodluck.
