You can do it Noemi. I'm not sure how much I weigh because I threw out my scale but I'm sure I'm over 315. I did the dry-out January challenge (no alcohol) and decided to do the no sugar challenge and morphed into Keto. I figured I could do anything for one month. Now I'm hooked. I'm a carbaholic so I feel your pain letting them go. Especially chips!!!! I feel really good and plan on keeping it up for 2020. I can feel my clothes are looser already, but I will not use a scale, they piss me off.
Good luck to you! You can do it. Just take it one meal at a time and concentrate on what you CAN have. Everything's better with bacon!

So almost two months at it so far. I think I was in a honeymoon phase at first but that's over, it's getting harder, I've been more tired lately. I've been craving carbs, burgers, fried chicken, mexican food! I've successfully gone out to eat a few times and ate healthy, but blew it recently at a party with the wine. Oy! My aching head!!!! Oh well, it's life, I jumped right back on plan and didn't dump on myself with regret. One thing about Keto is I can't wrap my head around eating so much fat and rich food made with cream, but I'm enjoying trying new recipes and I'm sticking with it for 2020. I'm turning 60 in November, so hope to be a hot momma with less aches and pains for my birthday. 😊

Mishymoo Wow! Congrats on 17 lbs!!! That's awesome! It's pushing through the hard parts that makes us the strongest...having said that, I went way over everything last night, but back at it today.
I read the following quote to myself every morning, maybe it will inspire you too: "You must be single minded - Drive for the one thing on which you have decided." - Gen George Patton (The one thing I've decided for 2020 is my health)
