Appetite
Hello, I recently started Keto about a week and a half I have lost total of 10 pounds. However recently I haven’t been hungry at all I am probably eating one meal a day . I have completely lost my appetite. Sometimes I am forcing myself to eat before the gym. Is this normal? Has anyone felt this way. (Keep in mind I do drink plenty of water)

One of the many benefits is feeling sated so you do not eat all the time. It is completely normal, just make sure you are not starving yourself, or eating too low calories (if you are concerned about losing muscle mass, for example), and try to at least hit your protein goal (moderate). When I lift in the morning, I do fasted lifting and am usually ok.
