I'm counting Calories & Macros, not Keto
Today is Day #2 of my weight loss journey to a healthier me. I want to lose 55 pounds. I've tried many diets in the past, some worked and some didn’t, but I just couldn't stick with it, they were too strict by drastically cutting out certain food groups.
I’m slowly starting to build myself a plan for food and fitness, as of today I'm going to be counting calories and try to hit my macros, I'll be eating a healthy balance of meat, carbs, fat, veggies and fruit.
As for fitness, I used to go every day, I was fit and it was a part of my lifestyle, but life happened and got in the way and for the past decade I’ve been struggling to find my way back. I want to slowly get back into the gym and find my inner gym rat 🐀 LOL!!🤪. I just need to find what works for me now, as I’m dealing with a few injuries.
