Sugars and carb manager recipes
I am wondering when it comes to sugar how much can you have per day and still reach ketosis? I’m not intentionally eating sugars but some of the foods have limited amounts of them. Also do you guys make the recipes that you find on here and have they been successful in your weight loss?

A lot of foods have naturally occurring sugars, milk being a common source. That's why we choose HWC, higher fat, lower lactose, lower milk sugar. You want to avoid these natural sugars as much as possible, but, at least IME, there are going to be some in my daily food intake. Other than kidnapping and torturing one of my friends' fat bomb recipes, I haven't tried any recipes here. I don't cook from recipes, I just look at suggested keto friendly foods and come up with ideas on my own.
