I like listening to Dave Asprey's Bulletproof Radio (it's a podcast, not an audiobook). He's got some good episodes about Keto (and other really interesting bio-hacking topics). If you're new to Keto, you may want to read/listen to "The Keto Reset Diet" by Mark Sisson. Sisson is a fitness expert and is best known for his blog and books about the Primal diet. He made the switch to Keto and wrote all about it (also was featured in the Bulletproof Radio podcast). Happy listening!
