Is it okay to eat more fat than the prescribed macro amount as long as you are still below the calorie limit? Following the recipes on here (which are great!) I haven’t found it hard to reach my fat goal but wondering if it’s okay to exceed on amount of fat. Thanks!
Can I ask what you are eating to get so much fat without the protein? My struggle is that I can’t get enough fats and find it hard to keep my protein down.
Hi, there! Well, I really like heavy whipping cream (HWC) in my coffee. I usually have 6 tbsp per day of that, so that is already 36 g of fat (but 0 carbs and very low protein). I think that’s the main reason.
