Meds timers

Currently I would use supplements to try and get timers (at the very least) for reminding myself to take them

 

however, I take meds at breakfast, noon, and then melatonin at night, and the app doesn't seem to support this?

 

although nothing but my vitamins add calories and nutritional input to my diet, they are KEY to my health and well being.
 

I imagine a lot of people actually take meds that directly affect things like cholesterol, metabolism, etc, so I see this as a pretty key thing that's missing from an otherwise amazing app
