So I am almost a month in and I was just trying to see what kind of results other people got in their first month. I am a 36 year old female, just had my fourth child almost 4 months ago. 5’9 and starting weight was 194. I am looking to see others stats as they approached month one. Thanks!

  • Wow. We are in the same boat! I’m 37 and just had my third baby 5 months ago. Been on this diet for 1 month and I look a bit better but the scale won’t budge! What are we doing wrong? I take keto supplements, drink tons of water, very very low carb foods and nothing!

  • Vanessa4000 Maybe since our bodies just had babies they’re just trying to hang on to extra stuff? I don’t know but I’m gonna keep pushing forward

  • I know men perform differently in weight loss programs. My goal is to lose 30 pounds in three months. I started September 1 at 222 lbs. As of November 5, I hit 203 lbs. Lost 19 pounds! I basically eat twice per day, with two slices of bacon and an egg or two at about 10 am and dinner at 7 pm. I follow Keto and have not cheated. I gave up wine and cocktails. My dinners typically include a vegetable and fatty steak, lamb, pork or leaner fish and chicken. I use savory fat bombs when I've eaten lean meats. I have cheese and plain Greek yogurt occasionally, and a few nuts occasionally. I'm never hungry after meals and rarely between meals. I drink lots of water and Ultima. I keep my carbs well below 20 and my total calories at around 1200.
