Protein water, there are several on Amazon, in powder mix and liquid form.
I use Isopure unflavored powder:
90 cals per scoop,
20 grams (whey)protein,
2 grams carb
Sweetened with stevia.
I add scoop to a 36 oz. pitcher of iced green tea that I sip on thru out the afternoon.
(I add the powder to one cup of the tea, mix it in a shaker, then add it to the pitcher and stir the tea in the pitcher each time I pour a fresh glass. Found it mixes best in a martini shaker with a couple of Nutribomb Thunderballs as the shaker "agitators" , can get them on Amazon also.)
For a grab and go option I use READY protein water 16.9 fluid oz:
70 cals,
15 grams (whey) protein,
1 gram carb,
No sweetener.

I am having difficulty getting enough protein in my diet!Protein Intake
How much protein are you consuming daily?
What is your fat, carbohydrate and calorie intake, as well?
Foods
As has been mentioned, consuming a protein powder mix, is one of the easiest way to increase you protein intake.
Food like eggs that was posted is a good, quality source.
Cheese is a a great, high quality protein.
These food will get there if you consume enough of them.
