I’ve been using Carb Manager for many months. After trying 5 or 6, it’s been the one that’s been the best fit for me.

I more or less use it to build my day—logging and planning what I eat, when, how much. I use it to record vital stats like BP, keep track of loss or gain in inches, lbs, exercise. It’s taken me a while to discover as many of the features as I have. It’s become a real king pin of my world...

I stumbled onto the ‘community’ part of the app today when I pulled up the app on my iPad. I don’t have the greatest memory and this could totally be something I’ve stumbled onto before and just never kept up with.
