Sipping coffee with Orgain vanilla collagen powder /w MCT, Cinnamon Roll protein bar by ONE, planning meals for today.

Planning my daily meals and popping them into the ‘meal planner’ on my app has become a helpful  habit. 

Already 78 degrees here, too hot for me to go walking so I’ll probably do 30-40 minutes on the rowing machine later. 

I think crepes with cream cheese and jam filling sounds good for breakfast and cabbage noodles and veggie meat sauce for lunch or dinner today sounds good. If that sounds good to you, I’ve put the recipes up to share (Peg’s Crepes with Cream Cheese and Peg’s Cabbage and Veggie Meat Sauce).
