Not Interested in Keto/Macros

Just joined and I am interested in a Low Carb program only.  Do not want Keto and macros.  Is there a way to just set my priorities just on low crab or do I have to live with the Keto macro information on my daily log?

    You can change your tracking and diet in the settings. Carbs are part of macros, you can adjust to any diet you prefer, either select any default or change to your own preference. I'm neither following keto nor low carb so I selected whatever suits me ;)

    Yes, you can adjust to any macro ratio/diet plan you want. There are lots in the drop down. It took me a while to find it, but I finally did. If you click on the "Getting Started" icon on the left hand column (on laptop - might be different configuration on a smartphone app). Then you can make your adjustments on step 3. Hope that helps!

    You can look into an atkins diet. There are many recipes online for low carb diets, you just have to plan it out for yourself
