Plateau
I’m in week seven. I’ve lost about twelve pounds, which I’m happy about and after the first two weeks, I have been losing about one pound per week. But this week—nothing. I am religious about logging everything, weighing everything and keeping within my macros. I’m watching that I don’t eat too much protein, and I come under my net carbs every day. I drink lots of water. What can I do to kick start the weight loss again?
