Help please asap
I just did a software update as usual on my phone and my carb manager app has all been wiped
All my macros recipes my foods
Hours of entry please can you help me get my information and data back on there
It's never done this before after an update
Please can someone get back to me at your earliest convenience
I'd be extremely appreciative

Lara If I may suggest perhaps a quicker way - go to the Settings tab and once there in the basic settings, scroll all the way down and you’ll see a ‘Help & Support’ section that has links to ‘Carb Manager Help Center’ and a ‘Contact Support’ . They might give you faster response.
