My advice is to not start cold turkey.
Create a goal, write it down, stick on the mirror, read it aloud everyday.
1. Week 1 Eliminate ALL sugar
2. Week 2 Eliminate ALL the other carbs in addition to sugar....bread, rice, potatoes, starches, etc..
3. Week 3 Experiment with different Keto recipes and find things that you like
4. Week 4 Meal prep and start creating 2-4 days worth of meals so you can grab them and go.
